Basic hand stitching techniques are an integral part of fine sewing. Hand stitching gives you maximum accuracy and control for marking, basting, hemming and finishing. Grab a needle and thread and stitch along as Marla shows you how to do six basic hand stitches.

All materials included. Students will take home their own set of samples.

    • basic sewing vocabulary

    • techniques for six basic hand stitches

    • the applications of hand stitching in high-end sewing

Ages 18 and up.
